Our client is a leading global Online Advertising organisation operating in a number of vertical markets including recruitment, property, motors, entertainment, financial services and many more. Their goal is to help people find whatever they need in their local communities. Due to promotion within the business they are now looking to recruit a Head of Sales - Display Advertising based in London or any of the Home Counties for one of their key UK Divisions. The role will be based in our client's London office.
The purpose and remit of the Head of Sales - Display Advertising role:-
* Owns and drives the display sales strategy across Agency sales, SME telesales and Corporate sales revenues
* Manage a growing, talented team of 25 people
* Drive customer focussed monetization, securing double digit revenue growth
* Shape and execute a sound sales strategy, developing new sales and revenue opportunities through continuous improvement and innovation e.g. Partnerships and technology
* Ensure the culture of open and honest communication, respect and a spirit of fun is maintained
* Responsible for financial planning (costs and revenue) as well as pipeline management and quarterly reporting
* Oversee the major client accounts, providing support to sales team where necessary
The Head of Sales - Display Advertising experience and qualifications:-
* Must have experience selling display advertising solutions ideally online
* Able to demonstrate excellent Sales Leadership, man management and coaching skills
* Proven track record of success in this industry and able to demonstrate how they have successfully developed and implemented a sales strategy in the past
* Must have a positive can do attitude, a strong desire to succeed and a commitment to deliver exceptional results, someone who never settles for second best
* Develops long-term client relationships, and identifies where the company can add value to existing clients
*Analytical problem solver with the ability to create clarity and structure
* Strong technical understanding of the Display Advertising ecosystem including CPC, PPC, advertising networks and Programatic buying
In return the Head of Sales - Display Advertising will receive an excellent package including £75k basic salary plus an uncapped £110k OTE and a full range of company benefits including pension and stock options.
