Details The Company
Our client is a well known and loved international Food Manufacturer. Due to maternity leave cover they are now recruiting for an Interim Talent Manager / Interim HR Manager residing within a 20 mile radius of Middlesex to be part of their European team on a 9 month contract.

The Role
The purpose and remit of the Talent Manager role:-
* Main contact to develop and roll out initiatives (processes and toolkits) across our client's key areas of Talent Management 40%, Performance Management 20%, Succession Planning 20% and Competence and Career Mapping 20%
Performance Management
* Responsible for MBO Process communication and roll out to European Business; to ensure all employees are clear about the direction, goals and objectives
* Manage performance review process, performance management timelines / interventions, the calibration sessions for performance across Europe
* Deliver training requirements for MBO process
* Lead CY15 MBO process throughout Europe
Talent Management
* Responsible for the design, launch and roll out Talent review process in a aligned global approach with / to the business; Talent review process, including intervention processes, profiles, assessment, programs, tools and calibration;
* Design, embed and engage the talent agenda, retention programs, high potential development planning interventions
* Ensure that cross functional movement is talent mapped with HR BP and Business Leaders globally
Succession Planning
* Owner Succession Planning process. Develop, facilitate and roll out Succession Planning, tools, indicators, templates and requirements across our client's Business Leaders and HRBP's
* Develop and execute a detailed and transparent succession plan for key positions to ensure that the required internal talent is prepared for future opportunities
* Design and deliver a multifaceted talent identification and development infrastructure to develop future high potential leaders
Competency and Career Mapping
* Design and roll out of core, career mapping and Business and functional competency models

The Candidate
The Talent Manager experience and qualifications:-
* Bachelor / Masters degree
* Experience of working within these areas or an experienced HR Business partner
* 6+ years working within HR functions
* Experience of working across international timelines and communities
* Broad based knowledge of the complex legislation / WOW across different European businesses
* demonstrated analytical approach to work, effective planning, organisation skills
* Effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
* High achievement drive
* The English language is essential, ideally second language an advantage.

The Reward
